in-store fundraisers
How it works:

In-store fundraisers are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays on a first come, first served basis. Complete the application below to book your fundraiser with Moe’s Southwest Grill.
- 15% of all sales (in-store, through Order.moes.com, and through the Moe’s Southwest Grill app) placed between 5pm and 9pm will be donated to your organization.
- Success of your fundraiser is tied directly to your group’s effort to promote the event. Upon approval of your organization’s fundraiser, the fundraising coordinator will email a fundraising flyer that can be used to spread the news of your event.
- Savin Brands LLC will mail your organization a check for the funds raised 2-3 weeks following the fundraiser.
Promoting Your Fundraiser
Distribute Flyers. Your fundraising coordinator will design a flyer specifically for your event and send it via email to the fundraiser contact. Your group distributes the flyers to family, friends, and supporters to promote your fundraiser. For every flyer that a customer presents, 15% of the sale (pre-tax) will go directly to your organization. Fundraising cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. Flyers cannot be distributed inside Moe’s Southwest Grill, within 100 yards of Moe’s, or in front of the restaurant before or during the fundraiser.
Social Media. Promote your event on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and blogs.
Get creative. Promote your event any other way you can think of! Some suggestions include internal announcements, promotions, email blasts, newsletters, your organization’s website, newspaper/print ads, posters, and more.
eligible organizations:
- Non-profits holding an official tax-exempt status
- Preschools, K-12 public schools, community colleges, state colleges or universities
- Community-based youth athletic associations
- Church or other faith-based organizations
- School affiliated organizations may apply for a “grant” for general organization/team sponsorship.
Not Eligible:
- Individual athletic sponsorship, medical expenses or other personal/individual use
- Events, including fundraising events, such as golf outings
- Organizations with controversial or political affiliations
- Athletic teams without community or school affiliation
- Organizations fundraising on behalf of a non-profit (we prefer to support organizations directly)
Savin Brands will not allow a fundraiser with an organization that discriminates against a person or group based on age, race, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion.
